“That one” is going to be our next president
Didn’t have a chance to comment on the debate the other night, but I think it’s far it say that Barack Obama displayed coolness, eloquence, and respect for John McCain and for the people watching them. McCain showed that he was a grumpy old man and rambled like someone sitting on a lawn chair spouting off non-sequitors. Plus, when McCain referred to Obama as “that one,” that pretty much sealed McCain’s fate.
No one wants to vote for an angry candidate. At this point, we need all the optimism and pragmatism we can get, and not some guy who grits his teeth all the time and finds no joy in what he does.
At the end of the day, Barack Obama wants to be president, and John McCain just wants to sit down.

I agree- I thought that he was extremely disrespectful and it was unacceptable.
Glenn Beck said it bestlast night: “{Obama’s]like Frank Sinatra.”

Yeah, I’ll give McCain credit though, he had the best line of the night.
